The process is simple and in few words, includes the following steps: - Look through the whole site to find out the property (properties) that best fits your needs and taste.
- Contact us for arranging a meeting.
- Sign a preliminary contract.
- Place a deposit to reserve the property. (The deposit depends on the type of property you are acquiring.)
- Set up a limited company in Bulgaria. (This is not obligatory only if you are buying an apartment.)
- We take care for the legal part of the process – registering your company, arranging the transference of the property etc.
- Sign the Notary Act.
N.B.! You may want to look personally the properties you have only seen on our web-page, before signing contract. The trip to Bulgaria can be easily arranged by us.
